Not sure about harness tracks but there are 2 T.B. tracks the Meadow Lands just across the river from NYC and Monmouth Park out on the Jersey shore.There used to be 1 other called Garden State Park in Cherry Hill NJ near philly PA. but it closed a few yrs back.
Monmouth – Thoroughbreds
Atlantic City – Thoroughbreds, only runs a few days each year, an all turf meet in the spring.
Meadowlands – has mostly harness but a short Thoroughbred meet in the fall.
Freehold – harness
