Yeah it actually helps, or I believe it does. I’m a guy and I grew my hair out back in high school before I joined the marine corps. Within 2 years or maybe less I had hair down to my mid back. One of my friends with long hair swears by it. It not only helps it grow, but it also makes it silky smooth.

And the black hair shouldn’t matter, I had jet black hair also.

The way to make hair grow longer is by keeping it healthy and getting trims every 3 or so months (just the edges off, to get rid of split ends because split ends don’t grow at all)

i’ve hurd that it does and i’ve hurd that it doesnt.but the only way to find out is buy using it your self.my sister uses it to help make her hair thicker. but im not quit sure.
