Trilogy asked: We are thinking of buying a 5.5 acre home. About 3 acres are covered in thick scrub and trees. 2 acres in short scrub (manzanita etc) and 1 acre is pretty much a dust bowl. The slope downhill but it is quite uneven in places. I want to be able to have horses there – any ideas on how I can inexpensively get the land in shape?
