Make sure your house is as UNcluttered and non descript as possible. Neutral colors, no personal effects that would make the buyer not be able to see beyond your own decor.
Since it will be in May, make sure the grass is mowed, green and you have some flowers planted. If you have no curb appeal, a lot of buyers will just keep driving by. Most will figure if the outside isn’t inviting, the inside must look just as uninviting.
It sounds like you are the perfect seller. You’ve done so much already. Key thing is making sure it is priced right…which your REALTOR will help with.
Move it to a respectable state.
